Service Terms

Service is provided based on requests submitted in advance. The information provided by the client should be as complete and accurate as possible so that our team can quickly assess the request and offer an appropriate solution.

During the service process:

• the submitted request is reviewed,
• the client is contacted if necessary,
• the scope of work and service terms are defined,
• the appropriate support or solution is provided.
• Response and implementation times may vary depending on the complexity, scope, and technical nature of the request.
• Requests are processed in the order they are received, except in urgent or exceptional cases, which may be reviewed separately.
